Welcome to Kapsule Cardio Summit 2027. By accessing our website, registering for the conference, submitting abstracts, or participating in any conference-related activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Kapsule Cardio Summit 2027 website or registering for the conference, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the website and refrain from registering for the conference.
Registration & Payment
Registration
Participants are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Submission of a registration form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
• Registration fees must be paid in full to confirm participation.
• Payments may be made through approved payment methods listed on the conference website.
• Registration confirmation will be issued upon successful payment verification.
• Registration fees are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizing committee.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund (Less USD 99 Administrative Fee)
Participants who cancel their registration at least 30 days before the conference start date are eligible for a full refund minus a USD 99 administrative and processing fee.
60% Refund
Cancellation requests received within 30 days of the conference start date are eligible for a 60% refund of the registration fee, minus the USD 99 administrative fee.
No Refund After Conference Commencement
No refunds will be issued once the conference has officially commenced.
Special Circumstances
Requests involving medical emergencies, visa rejections, or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by the organizing committee. Supporting documentation may be required.
Event Postponement or Force Majeure
If the conference is postponed, rescheduled, converted to a virtual format, or affected by circumstances beyond the organizer’s control—including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or force majeure events—registrations will be transferred to the revised event date or future edition. Refunds may not be applicable under such circumstances.
No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend without prior cancellation notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the conference.
Participants shall not:
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
• Disrupt conference sessions, networking activities, or event operations.
• Share unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of presenters, sponsors, exhibitors, or organizers.
The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate without refund.
Abstract Submission & Presentation
• Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality and accuracy of submitted abstracts.
• Accepted presenters must register for the conference to secure inclusion in the final scientific program.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to make scheduling adjustments when necessary.
• Presentation slots may be reassigned if registration requirements are not completed by specified deadlines.
Photography, Recording & Media Consent
By participating in the conference, attendees consent to the use of photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and event-related media captured during the conference for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in media materials should notify the organizing committee in writing prior to the event.
Intellectual Property
All conference materials, website content, logos, branding elements, publications, graphics, and multimedia content remain the intellectual property of Kapsule Summit unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Kapsule Summit, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
• Participation in the conference
• Travel arrangements
• Accommodation bookings
• Conference schedule modifications
• Website usage
• Technical interruptions
Participation in the conference is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with the conference Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with the conference or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.
Amendments
Kapsule Summit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website or participation in the conference constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
